Gameplay Overview

Main objective for GC is to make his/her way from one side of the pond to the other. In the pond there will usually be a few “steppingstones” made of stones, grass or other material for GC to reach but in order to do that the player must build up bridges made up of legit words.
Player starts up with 7 lettered tiles on the bottom of the screen and with these tiles he/she will create words on the water which will function as bridges for the GC.
Player can only create words adjacent to previous words, start point or connected island and all new letter combinations that are automatically formed by a new word must be legit words as well.

Whenever a word has been created, the player receives as many new random tiles on the bottom of the screen (the rack) as the created word contains (it fills up to 7 tiles again)

If the player manage to connect the tiles to a steppingstone or island the GC will automatically run over to that place, GC will also open up chests or gathering whatever could be found on that new spot.

As words are being created on the water, the score will raise and sometimes also money will be gained depending on which squares the new letters are covering.

The player will, on the HUD have information about how much money he/she have earned. Money can be used to improve the tiles on the rack, change the status on the water etc and are necessary for the player to complete the objectives.
Eg. Player can buy a new random vowel (discarding any tile on the rack he/she doesn’t want). Player can buy a whole new random rack (discarding all 7 letters on the rack). Player can buy a certain letter etc.

An important element of the game is that player will be able to destroy tiles on the pond. Otherwise the player might find himself/herself in a situation where he/she cannot advance any further due to difficult tiles in the water and a “bad rack”.
Destroying tiles in water can only be made wordwise (a whole word is destroyed) and will also cost a small amount of money (to avoid player to only have a few words in the pond which actually is much easier to play with).
